Quixto is a system for exploring the news, specifically news about Africa, with a focus on content related to business and economic activity, but also including related areas such as politics, the environment and social issues.
Quixto analyses the news content related to a user's query, and then presents its results in the form of an interactive visual map of the most important terms. This map can then be used as the basis for further exploration.
On the Home page, enter a word in the text box, and click Explore. Then click on the features in the resulting map to explore further.
Quixto comes in a free version and a subscription version. More information on these is available on the Pricing page.
